OPENS IN TESTFLIGHT · IPHONE

Requires an iPhone or iPad and the free TestFlight app from Apple. Full instructions below.

What you'll do

  1. Install TestFlight TestFlight is a free app made by Apple. You download it from the App Store like any other app. It's the only way to install an app that hasn't been publicly released — DoseMap can't be installed without it.
  2. Tap the invitation button above On your iPhone or iPad. It opens TestFlight and shows you DoseMap.
  3. Tap Accept, then Install DoseMap appears on your home screen like a normal app.
  4. Updates arrive through TestFlight Not the App Store. TestFlight will let you know when a new version is ready.

What "beta" means here

DoseMap is still in active development. You may run into bugs, and screens may change between updates. We'd rather you see it early and tell us what's wrong than wait for something perfect.

Please keep whatever you use now to track your infusions alongside DoseMap until we're out of testing. Don't make it your only record yet.

If something isn't working

The invitation says it has expired

Apple expires test builds after 90 days. This page always points at the current one, so try reloading it first. If it still doesn't work, email support@dosemap.ca and we'll sort it out.

Nothing happens when I tap the button

You probably don't have TestFlight installed yet, or you're on a computer rather than a phone. Install TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone first, then come back to this page on that device.

I emailed you and haven't heard back

Check your junk or spam folder — our replies sometimes end up there while the site is new. If it's not there, try again and we'll get to you.

I have an Android phone

DoseMap is iPhone-only for now. Email us at support@dosemap.ca and we'll let you know if that changes.

The beta is full

TestFlight caps the number of testers. If you hit that, email support@dosemap.ca with the subject line BETA USER REQUEST and we'll add you as soon as a place opens up.

Your data

Everything stays on your phone. DoseMap stores your records on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a server, no account is required, and we cannot see your data.

Because your records live only on your phone, they may be lost if your device is lost, damaged, or reset. Back up your phone regularly.

To distribute the beta, Apple's TestFlight uses your Apple Account email address and collects crash reports and basic usage statistics under Apple's own privacy terms. Crash reports may be shared with us to help fix problems. They contain technical information about the app, not what you've recorded in it. Full privacy policy.

Questions?

We're two students, and we read every message. Write to support@dosemap.ca — patients, clinicians, anyone.
